"The body works as one connected system — your practice and movement should too"

Hi, I'm ChrisĀ

I’m a naturopath teaching better movement through fascia-informed anatomy and biomechanics, bringing this lens into both movement education and clinical practice.

Ā

Movement has shaped my life from an early age. Initially driven by a desire to improve sporting performance and understand my body, this path evolved into decades of teaching movement anatomy, fascia-informed practice, and sustainable approaches to health and performance.

As a child, I was diagnosed with scoliosis. After years of unsuccessful medical interventions, a physiotherapist-prescribed yoga practice helped restore balance to my body. This experience sparked a lifelong fascination with how specific movement can influence structure, function, and wellbeing.

Wanting to understand the body more deeply, I studied medicine and later naturopathy, seeking approaches that move beyond isolated symptoms toward integrated function. Learning soft tissue and fascia-based perspectives has continued to shape my work ever since.

In 2000, a yoga school invited me to teach movement anatomy to their teacher trainees, marking the beginning of my courses. Since then, I’ve taught hundreds of workshops, trainings, and anatomy modules internationally, supporting movement practitioners, yoga teachers, therapists, and curious students in understanding the body through anatomy-informed movement.

Today, this has evolved into a modern learning platform focused on fascia-informed movement anatomy and practical movement application.

A Different Way to Learn About Your Moving Body

My teaching integrates anatomy, fascia research, movement practice, postural understanding, breath mechanics, and functional body awareness into practical, applicable frameworks.

Rather than viewing the body as isolated parts, I teach anatomy as an interconnected, adaptable system—how movement is organised, how fascia distributes force, how posture affects breathing and mobility, and how habits shape long-term function and wellbeing.

Many students value the ability to revisit complex ideas at their own pace—something I often wished for during my own studies.
